Hello! I'm Terri McKenzie, the Owner and Director of the Percurra Chelmsford West and Brentwood Branch. I have worked in the Health and Social Care sector for over a decade, in services ranging from residential to clinically complex care. 

As the owner of the business, I am passionate about delivering excellent standards of care, and ensuring we recruit professionals who are compassionate and share the Percurra values.

I am proud of the service we provide and my dedicated team, who work hard to ensure our clients are happy and can live independently at home.

Hello! My name is Chloe. I moved from Ireland in 2022 to progress in my career in Health and Social care. I have experience in various care settings supporting clients with a range of physical disabilities, learning, and complex care needs.

I am extremely passionate about my career and I'm very proud of the work I do as a Care Co-ordinator. My role involves managing our care team and co-ordinating our day-to-day operations. I pride myself on being empathetic and driven, with my focus on delivering an excellent service to our clients.

Hi! I'm Sophie. I have worked in Care Services and Customer Service for over 10 years in various settings. I am passionate about helping people and making a difference in their lives by supporting them to remain as independent as possible in their own homes.

In my role as Field Care Supervisor, my main focus is care quality and compliance in the community. I ensure we deliver care and support to the highest standard and support our community team in their professional development.
