"My brother has been receiving care from Percura since January 2023 we receive two care calls per day. The care we have received is of the highest standard and delivered with dignity competency in a kind caring manor.

My brother is treated as an individual and allowed to participate in his delivered care as much as he is able. The team recognised the need to be on time and to adhere to his routine which minimises stress and anxiety and in turn gives him a sense of wellbeing. The team have excellent communication skills and report back any concerns they have regarding health issues

The team are a pleasure to deal with and respect my brothers home environment and go above and beyond to ensure all aspects of the care call are delivered to the highest standard. They give me, as his sister, a sense of wellbeing knowing that my brother is being cared for to the best possible standard. The teams level of expertise is excellent and the use of all equipment adheres to all health and safety requirements.

We are exceptionally fortunate to have the team care for my brother and each day we appreciate the kind care we receive. I am delighted that they find time to interact with his online Bingo and TV programmes and they ensure they discuss current affairs that are meaningful to him. It is very special to see my brother so settled with his carers and to know he is very happy with their help and support

On a weekly basis I receive a rota in advance so I always know who is coming and my monthly invoice is sent on time and represents the care we have received.
