We train all of our staff to the highest CQC standards and support them fully in their careers in the care sector.

We support you to complete the Care Certificate. Options to continue training to NVQ 2 and 3 will be made available to established staff members.

What we’re looking for in our Care Assistants:

Experience is desirable, but not essential, as full training will be given to all new Care Assistants. All we ask is that you are enthusiastic, kind, and patient, with a big heart!

Full UK driver's licence, own vehicle and flexible availability is essential.
